1. Services
Expres Relocations provides a variety of relocation services, including but not limited to:
- Packing and unpacking
- Loading and unloading
- Transportation of household goods
- Temporary storage
- Disassembly and reassembly of furniture
- Vehicle transportation (may require additional agreement)

2. Estimates and Quotes
Expres provides free, non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. A final quote will be issued after a thorough in-home consultation to assess the volume and complexity of your move. This quote will outline the services included, estimated weight, estimated costs, and payment terms.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your belongings, including weight, value, and any fragile or hazardous items.
- Expres is not liable for undisclosed or misrepresented items.
- Prepare your belongings for transport according to our packing guidelines, which will be provided upon request.
- Obtain necessary permits for parking or road closures (if applicable).
- Arrange for disconnection and reconnection of utilities at both origin and destination.
- You are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for your belongings if desired. Expres can provide basic liability coverage, but additional coverage may be necessary depending on the value of your items.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined in your quote.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before your move date will incur a cancellation fee of $100.
- Cancellations made within 14-30 days of your move date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total estimated cost.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your move date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total estimated cost.
6. Limited Liability
Expres Relocations is liable for loss or damage to your belongings during the relocation process, but this liability is limited. We offer basic liability coverage based on the weight of your shipment. Additional coverage options can be purchased to protect your belongings for their full value.
Expres is not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by acts of God, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Loss or damage caused by inherent vice or defect of the item itself.
- Loss or damage to items not declared or improperly packed by the customer.
- Loss of sentimental value.
7. Claims Process
Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include a detailed description of the damaged item(s), photographs, and any other relevant documentation. Expres will investigate the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Expres Relocations regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
9. Amendments
Expres reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
